text is less dificult in side web service consume or posting. Then make
convertion type in sap or language non sap abap. This situation like to
PI/PO with number format with decimal float point. We solve interpreting
number integer_partE(base 10)+or-exponent by exaple 23E-2 equal (23 / 100)
= 0,23
You can Test with case changing types.
