Have you checked KONV table with document condition of this sales order? Check for this condition type (you can get doc condition from VBAK table). Now in konv table check fields KSTEU &KMPRS. Then show this to user. It may help you.

I had a call with the user I have seen the issue when he share the screen he is not doing it manually don't know why system is behaving like this he has similar cases like this I think it is bug
need to check with technical team.
