Question from Phil S on Nov 16 at 2:13 PM I am patching my solution manager 7.1 sp13 to sp14, and using the new SL common UI interface. I am getting stopped on this error without much other information contained in the logs:
PREP_INIT/SETSYNC_PREP_STARTED
Error: No synchronization mechanism available
Has anyone run into this using the updated procedure? You can't use SP15 for this, it errs and tells you to use either SP13, SP14 or SP16 (not released)
I can't find a log file to reference in this step for errors.
