use SAP transaction MMPV to open period 10 and select radio button for "Check and close period."

I am posting material mb1c transaction getting the error .posting only possible.2015/09.and 2015/08.I am using variant v3 at company code level ,checked in omsy all are looks good current and previous as 08. in analysis I found to use shift button. not sure how to resolve it.can you please provide the step by step procedure to resolve it?
