Even though I'm surprised, I don't know where this dates from to date came from anyway in the posting periods or when ever generating cost element I keep the dates as 01.04.2011-31.12.9999 but I dont know how this dates were generated.

Please help me in this regards

Did you check the From-To Dates in message. Hows that possible to have 2013
as from date.
