Hello, When you have a character field that is searchable always fill the field with zeros in front, eg 0021, 0031. My client has the same issue for some classification data that they have maintained too. I guess it seems that maybe on your SAP projects there never any template used for number ranges, organizational data. You may have two legacy systems that were never done with an ETL process. For example, 01 20 2000 31 4000 4001 When the users run the reports (for instance, FBL1N) and include a range for company codes such as 2000 to 4001, they expect only three company codes 2000, 4000 and 4001 to be picked up. But the system is selecting 2000, 31, 4000 and 4001. We have asked the users to not use a range, but just list the company codes in the multiple selection. But did anyone have a similar issue and were able to get the company codes (ones with numeric values) sorted correctly? | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author.
