I checked my last ecc5 to ecc6 its almost 1hours and to ehp4 its 20min for
mentioned phase in cuuc++, but I think it will depend on many things such as
h/w,config,etcetc. You could also check resource activity (cpu, database
session), filesystem freespace,database container freespace.
