Hi,
Please check if the CE switch in the system is activated. YOu can check the
class - CL_HRCCE_MAINS*
and then check the method...is_released.
Inside this method, check if the code is commented, if it is, then ask your
administrator to uncomment it.
Then only you can activate CE and use Shared Absence Quotas.
