Hi CL

Just go to PA20, display IT 8 for a person, then place cursor on Pay scale area or Payscale group. Press help button or F1. Then go to application help. This brings you to SAP Help Portal for Basic Pay.

Alternatively directly go to Help Portal->HR->...Basic Pay.

Then look at the impacts from there on.

Impacts could be for example,
- features DFINF, LGMST, etc,
- any PCRs looking at these two fields. Expand both TE & PY schemas fully with pgm RPDASC00, then look for the rules using these two fields.

Self Help is THE BEST HELP. I believe every one needs to start at some point for their own advancement, then they can advise/help others and give back to the society something.

Regards, JG
