Hi,
Here some stuffs that you can verify:
- When you say "the PO was cancelled"; do you mean deleted (trashcan)?
- Did you verify all line items in the purchase order?
- Did you verify purchase requisitions?
- Did you verify your actual postings?
- Is your IO budget time dependant? Was the PO from a previous year? This could affect if your IO budget is time dependant; if this is the case I would evaluate to execute the commitment carryforward for only that IO (test run first).
