We created a program to update the last count dates after a PI or a large transfer of materials into a storage location. We also created a program to look at materials extended into a storage location for the first time. Our program adds these new materials with today's date. If no date is in the date field of MARD or MCHB all of those materials will become due to count on the last day of your fiscal year.
If you are total batch stock you would need to update in table MCHB, field CHDLL. In the MARD table field DLINL would need to be updated.
